Giorgia joined the firm in 2021.

She deals with civil and commercial law, including relations between Italy and German-speaking countries. She is a member of the firm’s German Desk.

Giorgia also provides in- and out-of-court assistance and advice in AML, especially with respect to professionals (notaries, accountants, and lawyers).

She assists Italian and foreign clients in the real estate sector and also retail operators in drafting and negotiating franchise agreements, business branch leases, department leases, and commercial leases. She constantly monitors franchising issues, tracking case law guidelines and AGCM investigations on abuse of economic dependence in franchising.

Moreover, Giorgia assists Italian and international clients with M&As.
